Your consent to receive SMS messages:
• Is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from The Dump It Dude.
• Is voluntary and may be revoked at any time by replying STOP.

Submitting a request or form does not guarantee appointment availability. Appointments are confirmed only once scheduled and acknowledged by The Dump It Dude.
The Dump It Dude is not responsible for missed appointments, delays, or communication failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the user.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
